Maintenance/

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs and painting rooms
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs
- Fabricate parts and structures as needed
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure safety and functionality
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance history

Qualifications:
- Proficient in electrical work, including reading schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Skilled in welding and fabrication techniques
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff or contractors
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform a variety of repair tasks
- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their maintenance needs
