Maintenance Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Checkmate Pizza dba Domino’s is a growing 82 store franchise and is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support our restaurant maintenance and construction department. This role is administrative in nature, and entails assisting the maintenance and construction department in day-to-day operations. It is the responsibility of the Assistant to coordinate with the maintenance and construction team in daily, weekly, and period operations to support our Domino’s operations. This is a full-time, in-person role at our corporate office located in Tampa, FL, which may require flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance need
Skills/ Qualifications of the Maintenance Administrative Assistant:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- Working knowledge of Service Channel, Service Titan or Corrigo Maintenance Management Platforms/Software preferred
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills
- Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely to intended audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines, work from a list
- Ability to recognize, create, and take initiative on upcoming opportunities to achieve organizational objectives
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in facilities or maintenance
- Must pass a background check and Motor vehicle Report - Must have a clean driving record
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance terminology
Key Responsibilities:- Work Order Management: Create, track, and close maintenance work orders using Service Channel, Service Titan or Corrigo Maintenance
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, equipment logs, and vendor contracts.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding maintenance requests and scheduling.
- Purchasing Support: Assist with ordering supplies, processing invoices, and tracking inventory.
- Scheduling: Coordinate maintenance staff schedules, preventive maintenance routines, and vendor appointments.
- Reporting: Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and compliance metrics.
- Compliance Support: Help ensure safety and regulatory standards are met by organizing documentation and inspection schedules.
- Other tasks as assigned by the maintenance manager, Director of Contruction or the Executive Managment team.
