Lansdowne Heights, our brand-new Memory Care Facility, is hiring a Maintenance Tech.
Our Maintenance Tech must be attentive, friendly, courteous, and committed to providing efficient service by maintaining resident common areas and offices.

Part-Time 16+ Hours a week. Flexible working hours.

Requirements:

• Painting Experience
• Minor Maintenance Repair Experience
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand be active (lift, pull, and/or push a reasonable weight) for extended periods of time.
