I. Purpose of the Job:
· To manage and direct all maintenance required at NaplesChurch; to work as the Maintenance Manager to accomplish the goal of providing and maintaining an environment of excellence and promoting the utilization of the Facilities Department to accomplish the vision of NaplesChurch.
I. Experience and Knowledge Required:
· Have the ability and desire to be a leader and build a team to assist in fulfilling all responsibilities
· Have knowledge of mechanicals, low voltage & maintenance
· Self-motivated & the ability to work without supervision
· Must be able to set & achieve goals
· Must be willing to adapt to last minute changes in regular schedule
· Must be willing to work flexible hours
· Regularly assess building needs and projects/maintenance.
· Oversee organization of storage units and buildings. Supplies are secure, orderly, undamaged and easily accessible
· Maintain facility supplies.
· Maintain relationships and work closely with other departments in planning and completing projects
· Responsible for making sure as best as possible everything is in working order for services, events, and conferences

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
