Maintenance and Operation Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the maintenance and operation and Rehabilitation of critical infrastructure, including power systems, HVAC, water treatment, and security systems within the industrials .
• Ensure all facilities meet , safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment.
• Manage facility budgets, procurement of materials, and contractor/vendor relationships.
• Lead emergency response planning and facility-related incident management.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of technicians, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor and report on the performance of building systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan and oversee construction, renovation, or expansion projects within the city.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, safety drills, and equipment logs.
• Prepare project tender documents related to facilities, follow up on procedures with relevant departments within the organization, and oversee their implementation.
• Carrying out the tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications :

• More than 8 years of experience in facility or property management (preferably in military or high-security industrial environments).
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP)

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
