What You’ll Do?

• To follow daily, weekly and planned/unplanned shut-down acitivities in coordinate with the maintenance planning team and give proper priority on the maintenance work.
• Having a basic knowledge on general industrial equipments ( motors, pumps, exchangers, piping, valves or such equipments and/or electrical/instrument knowledge etc. )
• To ensure that the maintenance and repair works of the equipment in the units in the area of responsibility are carried out safely in accordance with the relevant standards, procedures, quality plan, instructions, daily and weekly program
• To examine the frequency of functions and maintenance of the equipment in the area of responsibility, to identify the root causes, to take the necessary actions
• To provide technical and coordination support to new assembly/renewal/revision project works to be carried out in the units in its area of responsibility.
• Finding solutions quickly in incidental situations. To take action quickly for situations that may require external support and to make the necessary team/service organizations etc.

What We Look For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical or Civil Engineering departments.
• 2- 7 years of experience in related areas.
• Having proven maintenance experience.
• Fluent in English, able to use it actively in written and oral communication (at least B2 level),
• Solid understanding of MS Office applications,
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and agile work culture,
• Great problem-solving, communication, and people skills,
• Thriving by different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Having an analytical, innovative mindset, and taking initiative,
• A great collaborator with an ambitious attitude.
