General Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering fields (Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.),
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems at a level required by the position,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Proven knowledge and experience in ensuring the uninterrupted installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical and mechanical systems related to production lines, paint shops, welding workshops, offices, and auxiliary systems,
  • Technical expertise in HVAC, compressed air, gas and liquid fuel systems, wastewater treatment, and similar infrastructure systems,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, with the ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and practices,
  • Ability to follow technological developments within the industry,
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.


Job Description


  • Plan and execute the 24/7 operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of all facility systems, ensuring preventive actions are taken to avoid recurring failures.
  • Manage HVAC, ventilation, compressed air systems, exhaust fans, gas flow systems, main water tank, and liquid waste neutralization systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
  • Oversee medium and low voltage electrical systems including transformers, generators, panels, fuel tanks, UPS units, and compensation systems.
  • Ensure the safe and regular operation of liquid fuel and gas distribution systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and execute safety tests, maintenance schedules, asset records, and calibration programs for all equipment.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs to minimize downtime caused by misuse or insufficient maintenance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date equipment inventory and ensure all related technical documentation (manuals, drawings, brochures) is available and archived.
  • Support installation, relocation, dismantling, modification, maintenance, and repair activities conducted by technical teams.
