Maintenance and Service Engineer

· To attend service maintenance calls

· Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges

· CNC, VMC, Grinding machine installation and leveling

· Develop the strong relationships with the Customer.

· Follow up with the customers for pending payments.(Accounts Receivables)

· To work on CRM software like call open, reports filling etc.

· To attend keep records of machines break down daily maintenance.

· Material planning and spares generation for Critical Machine.

· Handling Turning, VMC, and HMC, Grinding machines of ACE Micromatic Group.

· Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi controller, motor, drive problem troubleshooting.

· Periodic maintenance of CNC machines and related critical spare quotation to be sent from office on the same time.

· To promote AMC/ECO Business like Stabilizer, CNC Tool Holders, OKS Grease etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CNC Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• Machine Tool Industries: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
