Maintenance Assistant

A Maintenance Assistant, or Facilities Assistant is responsible for providing support to a Maintenance Team. Their duties include maintaining the grounds of a domestic or commercial property, conducting minor repairs to the structure and responding to requests from clients or end-users. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proven practical skills in areas such as carpentry, decorating and plumbing

Strong time management skills and the ability to priorities tasks effectively

Knowledge of how common electrical and mechanical items work and how to repair them

Customer service skills

The ability to work as part of a team

Knowledge of hand and power tools and other maintenance and safety equipment

Cleaning expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
