Maintenance Assistant

• Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and determine how to correct them.
• Repair or replace defective equipment components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments or contractors for larger repairs or installations.
• Order and maintain inventory of tools and parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
