Aviata Health Group is searching for a Maintenance Assistant /Transportation Driver to join our community that is patient and employee focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture.

This position requires a responsible individual with a clean driving record who can safely transport residents while also assisting with general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask, and committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

Major Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.

• Aid in daily tasks such as, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.

• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.

• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.

• Must pass a M.V.R. check.

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties.

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
