Role Overview:
To ensure cost-efficient maintenance operations by optimizing internal and external resources, minimizing operational disruptions, and maintaining a high-quality experience for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all maintenance activities, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.

Supervise maintenance teams and ensure efficient maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, spare parts, and cost control.

Manage annual maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery.

Oversee calibration of store equipment including ovens, makelines, HVAC, and signage.

Lead emergency maintenance responses when required.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and proper documentation.

Monitor performance, prepare reports, and oversee asset management.

Support new store openings, relocations, and remodeling projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in F&B or QSR environments.

Electro-mechanical engineering background is preferred.
