$2500 Sign On Bonus - Full Time

• Monday - Friday schedule – every other weekend on-call.

The Maintenance Assistant/Driver plays a key role in the delivery of an exceptional experience to residents in our community. This person will serve in a supportive role for the Maintenance Department reporting to the Director of Environmental Services. This position will also transport residents to/from appointments using the facility vehicle.

Overview

The Maintenance Director will outline the goals and objectives for the week and day. These may include:

• Attending to regular maintenance duties inside the building and/or pertaining to common areas.
• Attending to outside grounds maintenance.
• Assisting floor care.
• Painting of common spaces and rooms, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and ready to work.

• Maintain professionalism while on the job and throughout interactions with staff and residents.

• Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Meet cleaning expectations for resident rooms and common areas.

• Effective and appropriate communication between co-workers, management, and residents.

• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.

Requirements:

• Reliable

• Experience with maintenance would be a plus

• Willing to learn

• Professionalism

• Can work on own, as well as part of a team

• Be able to pass a background check

• Be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
