Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all maintenance issues, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Log, track, and prioritize maintenance requests received from clients.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Head to deploy the required personnel to the client site as per urgency and requirement.
Monitor and follow up on work order progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Maintain an updated schedule of maintenance activities and communicate the same to clients as needed.
Ensure that all deployed personnel are briefed properly before visiting the site.
Keep clients regularly updated on status and completion timelines.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests, responses, and resolutions.
Coordinate for site visits, audits, or inspections as needed.
Escalate any unresolved or critical issues to higher authorities for swift resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
