We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to manage day-to-day maintenance operations across our property portfolio in Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and prioritize maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance works with approved contractors and amc service providers
- Follow up on work orders to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard
- Conduct basic inspections and assist with snag lists and handovers where required
- Track maintenance costs, quotations, approvals, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contracts
- Handle tenant queries and complaints related to maintenance in a professional manner
- Support emergency maintenance issues and after-hours coordination when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance coordination or property management role (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of building maintenance (MEP, AC, plumbing, general repairs)
- Experience working with contractors and vendors in Dubai
- Good organizational, multi tasking and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi/ Urdu
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
