Maintenance Coordinator

• To check all the machines at the time of closing, that closing is done properly by the workers and supervisors of all areas.
• Training of workers, supervisors, machine operators of production area on the operation and cleaning of the machine.
• Utility control (HVAC, AC, lights) to make sure no wastage of utilities is being done and notify to Admin in case of wastage of utilities. Similarly control the gas consumption for mess & production areas
• Take the next day planning of production to control area opening and closing for utilities and machine maintenance work.

· Monitor inventory of materials/equipment/parts purchased and maintain the record of its usage in inventory register.

• To keep the job cards register updated and ensure timely completion of jobs cards.

To keep the paint register up to date with the areas where paint is done and payments track record.

• To get all the maintenance tasks executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and SOP’s.
• Ensure that Maintenance Department targets are being met such as minimum down time and break downs.
• Conducting root cause analyses to identify machinery issues and diagnostic support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
