Maintenance Coordinator (Heavy Equipment)

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment, including mobile cranes, bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, trucks, and trailers.
• Manage equipment deployment, preventive & corrective maintenance schedules, and maintain records.
• Request and track spare parts, tires, lubricants, and materials required for repairs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities and equipment status. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance., with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma/Engineering degree in Mechanical field
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with brands like CAT, Komatsu, XCMG, Foton, Isuzu, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, or similar.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
