Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator (Oil & Gas)

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and improving maintenance activities across the fleet. The role supports offshore units through effective maintenance management, CMMS optimization, reliability improvement, audits, and technical support during projects, dockings, and surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fleet maintenance activities and support offshore technical teams.
- Manage and continuously improve the CMMS (preventive maintenance, spare parts, history).
- Ensure compliance with Class, Statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze breakdowns, improve reliability, and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Support dockings, surveys, engineering changes, and special projects.
- Conduct annual offshore maintenance audits.
- Lead and guide Maintenance Engineer; monitor KPIs and maintenance standards.
- Promote Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance in line with company values.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Naval Architecture / Maritime / Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years industry experience (Oil & Gas).
- Minimum 2+ years experience with CMMS.
- Knowledge of offshore vessels, maintenance systems, Class & statutory regulations.
- Familiar with FMECA, reliability & maintenance strategies (RCM).
- Ability to read P&IDs, Isometrics, GA drawings.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
