Garage Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Oversee and manage daily garage operations, ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained, serviced, and repaired efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise garage staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, and service schedules.
• Coordinate with HR/Management for manpower, training, and performance issues.
• Control costs and monitor use of tools, materials, and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in the Automotive/Mechanical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in vehicle maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of garage safety standards and preventive maintenance.
• Arabic Speaking will be an advantage
