Maintenance Crew Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, including landscaping, lawn care, and general repairs. Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Conduct lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
• Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and tree care.
• Operate hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Support gardening initiatives by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.

Experience

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and horticulture practices is preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Background in construction or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of tree trimming techniques is beneficial.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
