As a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations) you are responsible for everything maintenance and play a critical role when it comes to ensuring that the community is attractive, well-maintained and that our residents are safe, secure and well taken care of.
What Cascade Living and Meadow Creek Village look for in a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations):
Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
Experience in grounds maintenance, electrical and plumbing repair
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations) for Meadow Creek Village:
Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment
Make repairs in occupied apartment as and renovate turn-over units for new residents moving in
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required
Available and on call for emergencies day and night
Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
