About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team . As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is critical to the success of our community, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are always in top condition.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the consumer support services industry
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience with budget management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of our community and resident requests.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and housekeepers
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work

Skills:

As the Maintenance Director, you will use your strong leadership and management skills to oversee a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
