Maintenance Electrician

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and lighting systems.
• Inspect electrical components such as AC,DG Set, Lift , circuit breakers, and wiring for safety and compliance.
• Diagnose electrical issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate with Vendors for AMC of ACs, Elevators and DG Sets of of Office and other properties of the Owner
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Willing to travel to the local markets to purchase electrical products from Local vendors.
• Search local vendors and negotiate on their price and warranty.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance work, and materials used.
• Recommend improvements to electrical systems to enhance performance and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
