Ensure compliance and implementation of relevant HSE procedures and inspections in a timely manner

Lead maintenance workforce to safely execute all types of maintenance activities Planned, Unplanned and Condition monitoring efficiently and effectively.

Help maintenance manager in developing maintenance systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

To adhere to the HSE rules and set self as a model for his team.

Ensure 5S directions are implemented and maintenance activities are carried out in a neat way to maintain tidy & clean workplace

Execute preventative maintenance plans, maintenance service requests, and HSE inspections and maintain a correct track and record-keep of all equipment, facilities and utilities.

Ensure permit to work system is followed effectively as per HSE standards with zero tolerance.

Engage as necessary in site visits to ensure maintenance regimes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting progress on key performance indicators.

Create / Review maint checklist for every activity done by maintenance team in reference with OEM manual, including, defining inspection points, standard spare parts requirement, tools & equipment and internal & external permits.

Build high degree of competencies within the team highlighting internal and/or external training needs

Liaise with maintenance planner and spare parts controller effectively to ensure parts used are reported and plans are executed properly.

Ensure team takes care of equipment and tools used.

Report any HSE drawbacks, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.

Set self as an example to colleagues in punctuality, commitment, respect to work hours and dedication.

Carry over additional duties as assigned by line manager(s)

Skills required

ESSENTIAL
A very good electrical background – Min 3 years’ experience
Excellent working proficiency in English language
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent planning skills
Able to lead a multicultural team
Punctual and detailed, ready to attend to emergency calls
Excellent and systematic troubleshooting skills
Very good knowledge in Microsoft excels

DESIRABLE
Experience in maintenance execution within similar industry
Native or Excellent Arabic Language
Have significant experience in maintenance management systems & CMMS
Saudi National
Have good knowledge / experience in PLCs / Robotics / Logics / Control boards

Educational requirements

ESSENTIAL
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering

DESIRABLE
Bachelors in electromechanical engineering
