Maintenance Engineer

Bachelor’s in engineering (electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical) discipline is required.

Arabic speaking preffered.

Knowledge and experience in latest versions of AutoCAD and relevant CAFM system.

Conduct technical evaluation of all MEP, HVAC (including package units, freezers, and walk-in chillers) and Civil related works

With managerial skills to manage and monitor operation of hard services both on preventive & corrective maintenance works

Check/review quotations, incident reports, monthly reports, work completion reports, and all the other reports related to site operations

Conduct technical evaluation of all MEP and Civil related works

Coordinate and monitor the contractors and suppliers for any required technical requirements for any related project

Operation process evaluation with collaboration of all concerned departments involving improvement of AMC cost and inclusion

Review all quotations and proposals from suppliers (technically) and recommend the supplier based on their capabilities and portfolios

Extend support for other departments if necessary or as assigned by the operations manager

Attend to clients’ concern and submit the technical report for all the complaints related to client and common area

Ensure all the work orders are closed on time and the productivity reports are met as required under operations standards

Any duties and responsibilities assigned by operations manager within the operations and maintenance scope or if any

Ensure the site works are carried out with the site team and supervisors to make sure the site is ready for the required surveillance

Preferably with Civil Defense, Zones Corp., Taqa, ADDC and Municipality coordination knowledge

Ensure the toolbox talks are carried out on a weekly basis and as per the training plan

Ensure the KPIs and SLAs of contracts are well met and are provided on time
