Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of HT & LT panels, transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear (33KV / 11KV / 440V systems).
• Ensure proper functioning of transformers, VCBs, ACBs, MCCBs, relays, and protection systems.
• Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification of power distribution systems, substations, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT panels, cables, earthing, and protective devices.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, SOPs, and electrical logbooks.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with utility providers for HT power supply, shutdowns, and statutory inspections.
• Guide and monitor technicians and contractors for safe and efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
• Implement energy-saving measures and monitor power consumption to reduce operational costs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HT/LT power distribution systems (33KV / 11KV / 440V).
• Hands-on experience with transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes, statutory norms, and testing procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and team-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
