Job Purpose:
To oversee and ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of all operations, schedules and inspections at the assigned site. The Maintenance Engineer will manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, conduct inspections, handle procurement of materials, coordinate with vendors, and maintain complete documentation, including move-in/move-out inspection records to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance & Operations
- Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all systems (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and work orders.
2. Scheduling & Planning
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with technicians and management to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
3. Procurement & Materials
- Prepare material and spare part requests based on inspection findings.
- Coordinate with procurement or suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and spare parts.
4. Inspection & Reporting
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Prepare detailed maintenance and inspection reports with photos and recommendations.
- Track and report work progress, pending jobs, and material requirements.
5. Move-In / Move-Out Inspections & Records
- Conduct comprehensive move-in and move-out inspections for tenants or site users.
- Record and document the condition of all units/areas before and after occupancy, with photos and detailed notes.
- Identify and schedule any required repair or maintenance work following move-out.
- Maintain a systematic record-keeping log for all inspection reports and related documents.
6. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding maintenance and inspection activities.
- Support management in preparing budgets, quotations, and updates.
- Ensure all work comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and site operations (preferably property/facility management).
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and inspection procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, maintenance management systems (CMMS), and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail for inspection and record-keeping tasks.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with car.
- Flexibility with working hours based on site and tenant schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
