Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of all equipment, plant rooms, and facilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized maintenance works.
• Maintain maintenance logs, records, and checklists.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to safety, fire, and environment.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper work allocation.
• Maintain the resort’s upkeep and ensure all systems are operational at all times.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
