Position : Maintenance Engneeer

Exper: 2-3 year

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls to minimize production interruption.
• Maintain logbooks of breakdowns and repair activities.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Conduct periodic inspections, calibration, and servicing of machines.
• Reduce downtime through timely maintenance
• Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and maintain safety devices, emergency systems, and grounding checks.
• Support in audits and compliance documentation
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain machine history records, AMC files, service reports, calibration records, and maintenance MIS.
• Submit daily breakdown report and preventive maintenance report to management
• Installation & Project Work
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and upgrades.
• Participate in facility expansion and automation projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Expertise in laser machines, polishing machines, and other diamond manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
