Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our mattress manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure minimal downtime by promptly addressing equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment performance issues.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably mattress or similar industry.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
