Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer for our production team in the furniture industry (Retail). The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by maintaining, repairing equipment utilized in production. This position demands a proactive individual who can uphold high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs made to equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during maintenance operations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to existing maintenance practices.

Required Skills & Competency:

• Strong proficiency in Machine Maintenance. (Machine like Beam Saw, Edge Bending, Panel Saw, CNC, Compressor Screw etc.)
• Proven experience in Maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the furniture industry (Retail).

· Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Qualification & Experience:

· BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
