About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in fire alarm and fire fighting systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• System maintenance: Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in fire detection and suppression equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure all systems meet local fire safety codes and international standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordination: Work closely with safety officers, contractors, and facility management teams.
• Emergency response: Provide technical support during fire drills and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fire alarm and fire fighting system maintenance.
• Technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire safety regulations.
• Hands-on experience with fire alarm panels, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Must have a valid QID and NOC
