About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience working with commercial kitchens. You will be responsible for keeping our facility running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out timely repairs
• Inspect machinery and identify potential problems before they occur
• Work with the operations team to ensure minimal downtime
• Keep maintenance logs and follow safety procedures
• Coordinate with external service providers when needed

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience working in commercial kitchens or food production facilities
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
