Job Description:

• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine and scheduled prevantive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, control panels, and power distribution.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair equipment failures, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns and ensure machinery runs smoothly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to improving the overall safety standards of the plant.
• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available for repairs and replacements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other engineers, operators, and technicians to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.

Technical Skills:

• Electrical Skills: Knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical systems, machinery repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Aptitude: A technical background with hands-on experience in diagnosing and fixing equipment.
• Communication: Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,234.18 - ₹25,527.53 per month
