Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and ensure assets are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Supervise and coordinate work of technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local authority regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and records of work performed.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables; recommend procurement when required.
• Support fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment works as needed.
• Liaise with tenants, property management, and vendors regarding maintenance issues.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within real estate, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy.
