Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and ensure assets are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Supervise and coordinate work of technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local authority regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and records of work performed.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables; recommend procurement when required.
- Support fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment works as needed.
- Liaise with tenants, property management, and vendors regarding maintenance issues.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within real estate, property management, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Computer literacy.
