Maintenance Engineer

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all plant equipment, including oil processing machinery, boilers, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.
• Coordinate scheduled shutdowns for major maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs or replacements.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including mechanical and electrical technicians, fitters, and other support staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
