Maintenance Engineer

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sign key in/out at the beginning/ end of each shift with the Manager on Duty
• Complete all outstanding work orders left from previous day and all new work orders as they are received
• Complete AM and PM check lists and record in book
• Perform preventative maintenance on 2-3 vacant rooms
• Assist with any job needed for hotel guests
• Painting
• Radio must be worn at all times during your shift
• Complete all work orders pertaining to sleeping rooms and report to Front Desk, MOD and/or Housekeeping accordingly when complete
• Monthly Elevators, Ballrooms, Public Restrooms
• Trash is to be picked up in the parking lot and curbs are to be cleaned each shift daily.
• Enter all jobs completed on daily check lists and logs
• Ensure that all equipment is running properly
• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all equipment in your area every month and record appropriately
• Test pool- Make adjustments, record test on pool sheet and on daily check lists, clean and was pool deck, wipe off pool furniture and perform any repairs as needed in the pool area
• Be clean, well groomed and wear a clean well pressed uniform daily
• Perform any reasonable task asked to do
• Check the CRM Report daily
• Check the CARE Activity Log at the Front Desk every 15 minutes and follow up accordingly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
