Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
- Maintain maintenance schedules and records using CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
- Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
