Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Package: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Overtime
Experience: 2 to 3 years of on-site experience

Qualification: Electrical and Mechanical Graduate / Diploma / ITI Engineers

Location: Gurgaon

Own Conveyance Preferred (fuel charges will be reimbursed)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with site maintenance tasks, especially Electrical, Genset and Lift Maintenance works. We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage maintenance tasks effectively on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance site work, including electrical repair works, Lifts and Genset maintenance and general repairs across the site.
• Handle day-to-day on-site maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute and supervise civil and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to prioritize tasks.
• Report any major issues or risks to the site manager.
• Maintain documentation and records of routine inspections conducted and faults identified (if any).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of on-site experience in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance duties.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing systems, Lift, Fire Fighting Equipment, Solar Panels and Gensets.
• Ability to handle repairs and minor installations on-site.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
