Maintenance Engineer

• Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and continuous production support
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and logbooks
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with production department for machine availability
• Ensure proper maintenance of utilities (air compressor, DG set, electrical panels, water systems, etc.)
• Manage spare parts inventory and raise indent when required
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and statutory compliance
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines
• Train operators on basic machine maintenance and safety
• Identify opportunities for cost saving and improvement
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure during breakdowns
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Awareness of safety standards and compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
