Maintenance Engineer

• Diagnosing, dismantling, and repairing malfunctioning equipment, including fixing electrical circuits, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate with department heads to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and service requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices to reduce operating costs and minimize environmental impact.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for outsourced maintenance services and procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address potential hazards or safety risks.
• Regularly cleaning, lubricating, and auditing machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintaining maintenance logs, recording inventory usage, and preparing reports on equipment status.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
