- Diagnosing, dismantling, and repairing malfunctioning equipment, including fixing electrical circuits, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with department heads to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and service requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices to reduce operating costs and minimize environmental impact.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for outsourced maintenance services and procurement of equipment and supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address potential hazards or safety risks.
- Regularly cleaning, lubricating, and auditing machines to prevent breakdowns.
- Maintaining maintenance logs, recording inventory usage, and preparing reports on equipment status.
