Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics – preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

3. Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick response to breakdowns.

4. Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and checklists.

5. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules as per plan.

6. Coordinate with production team to plan maintenance without affecting output.

7. Ensure proper functioning of motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, PLC panels (basic level).

8. Handle installation, commissioning, and alignment of new machines/equipment.

9. Monitor utilities such as power, air, water, and ensure efficient usage.

10. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

11. Manage spare parts inventory and raise indent for required spares.

12. Supervise and guide technicians, helpers.

13. Support audits (internal/external) related to maintenance and safety.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance
• Basic knowledge of PLC, VFD, control panels (preferred)
• Understanding of safety procedures and factory rules
• Ability to work in shift duty and handle emergency breakdowns
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
