• Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities is an advantage.
• Must be a Mechanical Engineer

• Proven experience in property management, preferably within luxury real estate.
• Strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Ability to oversee daily property activities and ensure high service standards.
