Maintenance Engineer

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Attend machine breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of equipment.
• Monitor performance of production machines and utility equipment.
• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with production department for maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and service reports.
• Inspect machines regularly and identify potential issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company procedures.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
• Monitor utility systems such as compressors, chillers, HVAC, pumps, and generators.
• Conduct root cause analysis for repeated breakdowns.
• Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in maintenance areas.
• Coordinate AMC services and vendor support activities.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
