Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of production equipment within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role involves planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company standards.
Key Accountabilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.

Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments.

Following maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures and identify root causes.

Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.

Following spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of specialized materials and services.

Participate in equipment qualification, installation, commissioning, and validation activities.

Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and performance indicators.

Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.

Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.

1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Saudi (Saudization requirement).

Excellent command of English.
