Maintenance Engineer

Work Location: Jeddah Third Industrial City, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary

:The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of all production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment within the perfume manufacturing plant. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• esPlan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipmen
• t.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system
• s.Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvemen
• t.Ensure timely response to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtim
• e.Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment histor
• y.Oversee maintenance of perfume filling lines, mixing tanks, labeling machines, packaging equipment, compressors, HVAC systems, and utility system
• s.Conduct regular inspections of machinery and factory facilitie
• s.Coordinate installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipmen
• t.Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical component

Qualificati

• onsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related fie
• ld.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environme
• nt.Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries is preferr
• ed.Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, utilities, and production machine
• ry.Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning syste
