Job Description:
-
To be responsible of Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation & DCS.
-
Basic experience with Medium Voltage and Low voltage control panel.
-
Basic experience with PLC Programing & Classic control.
-
Basic Experience in different instrumentation devices.
-
To be responsible for the management of Health, Safety and Environment:( Permit to work, LOTO Isolation, Safe systems of work, Risk assessments, Investigation and reporting of incidents and accidents, Environmental compliance).
-
To effectively lead and manage the team (Discipline and commitment, Performance management, Effective communications and team-meetings).
-
To train and develop the team effectively to meet business commitments and requirements(Skills development program, Coaching and mentoring).
-
To be responsible for the technical performance of the float line & Mirror Line(Maintenance PPM completion, Responding to problems and breakdowns, Breakdowns Reporting).

To ensure the quality of the product (Maintenance of equipment, Quality loss targets, Meeting customer requirements).
-
To manage costs effectively (Correct allocation of work hours to jobs, Allocate costs (ordering of materials) correctly to work orders).
-
To provide support and resource for local WCM activities whilst implementing global projects, local projects, Act as project/pillar sponsor, leader, member.

Compliance to statutory/legal Occupational Health, Environment & Safety company policies and procedures.

Compliance with the company QMS, Quality Control, Product compliance of Saint-Gobain.
Job Requirements:
- B.SC of engineering specialization in
ElECTRICAL
engineering
-
1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment β continuous process preferable.

Understanding of health and safety legislation so that it can be applied in the workplace.

Basic understanding of employment law so that all team members are treated fairly and respectfully within the law
-
Understanding of the company permit to work system, LOTO and its application and importance
-
Understanding of key people policies e.g. discipline and grievance, absence management, skills development.
-
Environmental legislation awareness and knowledge of IPPC requirements and conditions.
