CMGA is a leading company in Senegal with growing operations in the beverage industry. Our bottled water brand “Seo” is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our technical team and support our state-of-the-art beverage filling plant.

Position Overview:
We are seeking 5 experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of our beverage filling lines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of filling machines, PET preform injection, HDPE cap production, and packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on beverage filling and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain high machine efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
• Supervise maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in beverage filling plants (water, juice, or soft drinks).
• Strong expertise in PET preform, HDPE cap, and packaging machinery.
• Experience in PE Film blowing machines is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
