Maintenance Engineer -Electrical

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of working experience in a Facility or Property Management
• With work exposure in tendering, estimation, bidding (preferable additional site experience)
• Knowledge in the technicalities of property maintenance
• Knowledge in tenancy or property management
