MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - FOUNDRY EXP.

Job description ( Requirement : With Foundry Experience )

o Day to day maintenance (preventive and breakdown) in all areas

o Assist in operational and project related activities

o Ensuring zero breakdown and down-time across the plant equipment’s

o To maintain machine history card for maintenance and breakdown.

o To prepare daily consumption of electricity and fuel.

o Responsible to maintain maintenance cost as per budget.

o To Maintine the Induction furnaces, Knockout, Sand Coater, Heat Treatment Furnace, Shotblast, Welding, Grinding Machines, EOT Cranes etc.

Required Candidate profile

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical with 6-15 years of experience in operations of Induction furnaces, Knockout, Sand Coater, Heat Treatment Furnace, Shotblast, Welding, Grinding Machines, EOT Cranes etc. Knowledge of continuous process industry like steel, foundry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
